EULA - End User License Agreement

NOTE: The Identity Cloaker client software is distributed as a part of, and
requires, an active IdentityCloaker.com service subscription.

Identity Cloaker client software (the Product) is protected by Copyright Law.

LICENCE AGREEMENT (Date of last revision: November 29 2008):

This license agreement shall be governed by the Laws of the Czech Republic, and
shall inure to the benefit of IdentityCloaker.com represented by Tomas France
(the "Licensor"), or its assigns.

The Licensor retains the title to and ownership of the Product. You are
licensed to use this Product on the following terms and conditions:

LICENSE: The Licensee is defined as the natural person* individual utilizing the
Software Product. The Licensor hereby grants the Licensee, a nonexclusive
license authorizing the Licensee to use the enclosed Product on up to two
computers at the same time. However, the Licensee may install, store and use the
the application files on an unlimited number of computers as long as the primary
user of such computers is the Licensee, of if the application files are stored
or used on such computers only during an active session of the Licensee (typical
usage: at computer cafes etc.)

*If the Licensee is a legal person with employees and would like the employees
to use the Product, the Licensor is willing to discuss special licensing based
on the specific needs and individual situation.

Use of this product by anyone else than the Licensee terminates, without
notification, this license and the right to use the Product. If the Licensee is
a natural person, the permission to use the Product extends to her or his family
members sharing the same household.

YOU MAY NOT: Distribute, rent, sub-license or otherwise make available to others
the software or documentation or copies thereof, except as expressly permitted
in this License without prior written consent from the Licensor. In the case of
an authorized transfer, the transferee must agree to be bound by the terms and
conditions of this License Agreement. The use of the Product is also restricted
by the current terms of service found on the internet at
http://www.identitycloaker.com/tos.php.

RESTRICTIONS: - You may use this Product in your business as long as: The access
key and user must be registered with the Licensor in order to receive support
or distribution rights. You may not remove any proprietary notices, labels,
trademarks on the software or documentation. You may not modify, de-compile,
disassemble, reverse engineer or translate the software.

TERMINATION - You may terminate your License and this Agreement at anytime by
destroying all copies of the Product and Product Documentation and by cancelling
your IdentityCloaker.com subscription. They will also terminate automatically if
you fail to comply with any term or condition in this Agreement and/or if you
breach the terms of service found on the internet at
http://www.identitycloaker.com/tos.php.

LIMITED WARRANTY - This software and documentation are sold "as is" without any
warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular
purpose. The licensee assumes the entire risk as to the quality and performance
of the software. In no event shall the Licensor or anyone else who has been
involved in the creation, development, production, or delivery of this software
be liable for any direct, incidental or consequential damages, such as, but not
limited to, loss of anticipated profits, benefits, use, or data resulting from
the use of this software, or arising out of any breach of warranty.
